1. What if I want to cancel my membership?

Membership can be canceled at any time, however, there are no refunds. You will remain in the club until your monthly membership expires.

2. How do I get into the group?

The eBrand Club is completely housed in a closed Facebook group. Here’s how to get inside:

Step 1) Enroll by setting up your payment on the "Plans & Pricing" tab. You must complete a profile AND your financial information to be successfully registered in the E-Brand Club. 

Step 2) A confirmation email will be sent with the Facebook group link inside.

Step 3) Click the link in email and request to join the group.

Step 4) An administrator will confirm your payment and accept you into the group within 24 hours.

3. How will you approve my request to join the group if my facebook name is different than my legal name? 

When you sign up to submit to enroll/submit payment, you will be asked your Facebook name, also. That is what we will use to confirm your request.

4. When does the membership start and finish? 

Your membership will be activated within 24 hours of enrollment and request to join the group. Membership is ongoing indefinitely, until payment is stopped. This community is an investment that will cultivate relationships, resources, and perhaps revenue for your business!
